Our Medico Legal / Psycho-Legal Process is focused on establishing and expressing an opinion to the instructing attorneys for presentation in court, if necessary, on past and future loss of income by determining the employability of an individual, their limitations, career prospects, career plateau and earning potential, following an accident, injury at work or incident of medical negligence by assessing the consequences of the personal injury.

Christa Du Toit
I completed my postgraduate studies through UNISA and subsequently gained practical experience in the corporate world, while I also did research at the Human Sciences Research Council. I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Industrial and Counselling Psychologist (PS 0010782).
I have been in private practice for over 30 years, initially focussing on psychometric assessment of personnel for large corporate organisations, management development and psychotherapy.
For the past 18 years I have been actively involved in medico-legal assessments, for a large number of Road Accident Fund as well as Plaintiff attorneys. I pride myself on offering a holistic view and I have vast experience testifying in Court.
Since 2020 our main focus has been on Medico Legal / Psycho Legal process work in collaboration with a number of consultants in Rosebank and Pretoria.
